A Letter
Today, Saturday, September 23, 2023, after a long wait to embark on a new journey, I have finally received the acceptance letter from the University of Kurdistan - Erbil. I take great pride in the fact that I wrote a compelling essay on the use of technology in education, which I believe played a significant role in securing my acceptance. The moment I checked my email and saw the word "congratulations," I knew this marked the beginning of a path to excel in my profession as an English instructor. Pursuing a master's degree in TESOL was one of the most difficult decisions I've ever made. It meant using up all the savings I had saved since 2008 when I began teaching in a private school as a class teacher.
